This is particularly important because melding gear isn't just about slot availability - each gear piece has a hidden "cap" for every given stat. Figuring out the proper melds and food selections to achieve these numbers is complicated to do by hand, while the Toolkit allows easy testing of possible setups. Craftsmanship after that point is of relatively little use, and Control is /usually/ less valuable than CP melds. "Starred" Crafting requires certain levels of Craftsmanship and Control to even attempt a synthesis (currently 850/820 and 870/835). The best-known example is 9-GCD Berserk for warrior, which takes about 370-400 skillspeed. Skill/spellspeed can allow certain combinations of moves to occur within a given buff. However, having more than the accuracy cap provides no benefit. Failing to have enough accuracy can lead to things like missing a Blizzard III or IV, an important Silence or Stun, or just harm dps dramatically.
